We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team and play a vital role in verifying and maintaining credentials for our healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Verify provider qualifications, including education, licensure, certifications, and work history.
Maintain and update credentialing databases and files with complete accuracy.
Liaise with hospitals, insurance companies, and other entities to facilitate privileging and enrollment processes.
Monitor and track credentialing deadlines, ensuring timely renewals and avoiding lapses.
Collaborate with the HR and compliance teams to align credentialing processes with organizational standards.
Stay updated on industry regulations and changes affecting provider credentialing requirements.
