Manager of Autism Day Program in Brooklyn 025
Whole Life Inc. is the 2nd largest non-profit agency in the state providing services to IDD- with Autism. This program was created for Autistic individuals and we are seeking (preferably a male due to the nature of the 4 Men in the day program program) someone with the professionalism and knowledge of a unique environment for the individuals to thrive in their day Program. If you are creative and have sense of individuality necessary in a school thoughtful way to teach skills, arts, care and an empathetic way for staff to be engaging through authenticity, then we would love to speak with you. There are 4 male autistic individuals and we are seeking a male manager (mentor/teacher)to encourage their learning opportunities.
Must have proven knowledge of DDS experience in a managerial role within the DDS policy and procedures. Must possess leadership skills, patience and staffing coordination. Great communication skills, strong organizational skills are a must.
Note: Pay increases after a 6 month probationary timeframe.
