Join Our Team as a Subway Restaurant Manager!

Subway (locally-owned & operated) is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join us as Restaurant Managers in Anchorage, AK. As a leader in one of the world's most recognized brands, you'll ensure excellent service, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the success of your team and restaurant.
Responsibilities:

Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best.
Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Subway's standards.
Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
Training & Development: Train and develop team members to uphold Subway's quality and service standards.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

What We Offer:

Salary $54,000 to $65,000 DOE

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant, retail management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for customer service and team development.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management are a plus.
Pass an extensive background check.
Reliable & Dependable transportation
