- Prior make ready experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
- Painting experience preferred.
- HVAC experience preferred; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
- Ability to handle after-hours calls.
- Basic tools and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities.
- Handle service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.
- Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
