Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Focus on customer satisfaction, actively listening to their concerns, and clearly explaining service options and recommendations.
Coordinate with the service team to meet customer expectations and ensure quality control.
Maintain accurate service records and keep customers informed on status updates, costs, and timelines.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills, with a focus on enhancing CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) metrics.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
