General Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive market share growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Automotive retail sales, procurement, and used car operations. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling techniques.
Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize technology and experience to generate new business opportunities.
Analyze market data and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using relevant software tools.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Foster relationships with key businesses and vendors to drive long-term business growth.

Requirements

5 years proven experience in an automotive sales management role.
Strong understanding of Automotive finance and insurance.
Proficiency in using various software applications related to sales tracking and reporting such as CDK.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement across diverse markets.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
