BRITTO World, LLC. is currently seeking a Store Manager to join their team of professionals for a brand new retail store in Charlotte, NC! Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000, PLUS monthly bonus for sales goals when met! In this role, you will be an integral part of a retail environment where you will share the joy and positivity of BRITTO's art and products with customers, creating memorable experiences and spreading happiness. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Ensure sales team follows all SOPs.
Coach and develop sales team in operational functions.
Communicate goals to team and follows up on progress.
Delegate tasks within the team as needed.
Create scheduling for the team.
Supports HR and management with employee related issues and coaching sessions.
Lead by example in execution of daily operational duties & tasks, as outlined on the Daily Checklist
Observe sales team in action, provide coaching and feedback on selling skills as needed.
Duties Include:
Identify areas of opportunity and offer ideas for improvement.
Communicate any needs to the Director of Retail.
Operation of retail point of sale register and inventory management system
Hanging and placement of artwork; merchandising of product displays
Ensure store is well stocked and replenished daily
Greeting and serving customers
Receiving new artwork and products from distribution center and wrapping and padding artwork for return shipment; completing system transfers and compiling all paperwork for transfers.
Participate in daily counting and inventory maintenance.
Daily supplies management and light cleaning of display
Update customer email distribution lists and other customer service-related tasks
Completion of the opening/closing procedure checklist.
Prepare daily cash deposits.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma and or General Education Diploma (GED), and or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of Luxury retail Sales Management experience, preferably in fine art.
Demonstrates leadership qualities by representing the company's vision and upholding policies and procedures at all times.
Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and an approachable demeanor.
Ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and a strong desire to learn about our brand.
Willingness to become an essential member of our team and lead by example.
Elevated ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.
Ability and willingness to train others in various areas of the business.
Talented negotiation prowess.
Passion for the art of selling.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
Management experience of at least 2 years
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office package such as: email, MS Word, and MS Excel
Demonstrated proficiency in English grammar, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Very organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
This role requires the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
The job requires extended periods of standing (80%) while carrying out the normal daily activities of working with customers and staff in a standard retail environment.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
