Manages leave of absence programs, including medical, family, and disability leave. They ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws, as well as internal policies. They also communicate with employees, oversee the return-to-work process, and draft or recommend revisions to company leave policies
coordinating with employees, supervisors, and management to facilitate leaves of absence, including medical leave, family leave, accommodations, and other types of leave.
