Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma; 2 years’ experience in human services and previous supervisory experience preferred; good driving record required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: shall include but is not limited to the following:

Supervision of overnight Residential Instructors (RI) at all residential sites
Ensuring all overnight procedures are followed based on each student’s individual plan
Participation in scheduling of RI work hours
Ensuring staff attend to physical needs of students as needed including in time of illness and communicate health crisis immediately to designated personnel
Ensuring proper administration of medications when situations arise for prescriptions or PRN medications to be given during overnight
Performing and ensuring staff perform all assigned tasks in a timely manner
Ensuring staff demonstrate ability to respond to emergency situations in the within the allotted time limits
Ensuring staff maintain adequate supervision of students at all times
Ensuring all cleaning and disinfecting duties are completed nightly
Ensuring staff maintain a safe environment for the individuals living in the group home
Ensuring universal precautions/infection control procedures are followed at all times by staff
Ensuring all required documentation (data, incident reports, daily log, etc.) is completed by staff
Training of new staff as needed

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
