Landscape Sales Manager

Landscape Sales Manager needed for fast-moving, growing business!
Element Outdoor Living has the perfect Landscaping Sales Manager opportunity for you! We are a dynamic, growth-focused and progressive landscape design, contracting, installation and maintenance company, located on the coast in Wilmington, North Carolina.
This position will serve as the Sales Manager for our Design-Build Division, including providing strategic and sales leadership to our team of Sales/Design professionals.

The Landscape Sales Manager position will lead our team of professionals to grow a profitable, high-quality, data-driven organization to exceed our sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Leading the strategic operations of the team including long-term planning sales strategies and revenue & gross profit growth of the division;
Executing the company's strategic objectives by leading initiatives that drive growth, revenue, and process improvements within the Sales Division;
Coaching and empowering the Sales/Design team to create actionable strategies for achieving department goals;
Cultivating a high-performance culture by coaching team members, focusing on skill development and employee retention;
Driving department sales to meet or exceed growth and profitability targets;
Developing competitive pricing strategies and monitoring vendor pricing to maintain cost efficiency.

Qualifications, skills, and experience needed include:

5+ years of experience leading a $5MM+ sales division;
Experience leading a data-driven organization;
3+ years of experience leading teams, including experience coaching and developing sales professionals;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military leadership experience required;
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

The expected pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience and performance-based pay incentives.
