Landscape Branch Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves managing a team, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and fostering relationships with clients to promote our services.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals in various projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, irrigation, plant and tree healthcare, and general groundskeeping tasks.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the landscaping or groundskeeping industry.
- Advanced knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation systems, lawn care, shrub and tree healthcare, and general gardening techniques.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and stakeholders professionally.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service.
- High level software knowledge to be an innovator in new and improved software options.
- A passion for gardening and landscape design is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
