Primary role will involve optimizing processes and procedures, along with closely monitoring and reporting compliance issues. As part of the operations, this role will be cross trained in multiple areas of the department and be utilized for support when needed. High School Diploma or GED

Extensive knowledge of jewelry store processes and procedures
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Map Point, Visio, or like applications
- Thorough knowledge of the technology used in the store- Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
Act in a supporting role for stores, following up on the procedures of both Fred Meyer Jewelers and Fred Meyer stores
Provide timely coaching, guidance, and feedback to help others excel on the job, meet key accountabilities, and strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
Assist with administration of company policies and procedures
Monitor the results of assignments or projects
Maintain open communication with merchandising, distribution, and operations personnel
Provide regular written updates and present to management on current procedure initiatives
Attend meetings as required
Assist in supporting departmental policies and procedures
