Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring company-wide programs to maintain company compliance and
adherence with licensure requirements. To include compliance with applicable regulatory authorities
including CMS, AG, OIG etc. Manages and coordinates activities of the Compliance Department
employees.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

At least five years’ experience working in healthcare and/or clinical laboratory.
At least two years’ experience within a compliance program.
At least two years’ experience with Federal healthcare program laws including, but not limited to

HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalty Law and CMS
regulations.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Strong knowledge/experience in reviewing, interpreting and applying government regulations in

healthcare settings.
PREFERENCES:

Experience in auditing
Experience in training staff and/or provider staff
Supervisory experience
BS degree in clinical laboratory science or related field
Certified in Healthcare Compliance
Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance
