Job Summary
We are seeking a Internal Liason for Sales/Customer Service to join our team!
Responsibilities -Track orders from the time the materials are ordered until the time the finished product leaves the warehouse. -Work with Purchasing to make sure shells are ordered and arriving on time. - Let Sales Representatives know of any issues as far ahead of the start ship date as possible. -Making sure items and orders are entered. -Review compliance guides to make sure there are no issues with packaging, shipping, ETC. -Order price ticket and hang tags and make sure they get to the correct production facility. -Track to make sure production is on time and the goods will ship out on time. -Once produced make sure it is routed and shipped on time. -Once shipped make sure invoices go out via their output system. -Track and apply for bedding license. -Track inventory and send reports to customers, management, and sales reps. -Effective communication and coordination with the warehouse, management, and sales team. -Send sales reports to the customer and to management. -Work within the company’s system to make sure all orders are entered, customers are set up, items are entered, along with various other things. -Data Entry must be precise. -Learn different customer websites and their procedures to share with Shipping and Production. -Work alongside your co-workers to make sure all customers are covered. Skills
- Excellent phone and email etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Strong computer skills for data entry and utilizing customer service software
- Prior experience in customer support or related field is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
