Consultative Sales: Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients’ insulation needs and present tailored energy-saving solutions.
Home Inspections: Evaluate home energy efficiency, inspect existing insulation, and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Education: Inform potential customers about the benefits of improved insulation, energy-saving techniques, and our product offerings.
Proposal Creation: Develop and present detailed, customized proposals to prospective clients.
Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow-Up: Maintain communication with potential clients to address questions and secure sales.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, ideally in the home improvement or energy efficiency industry.
Knowledgeable: Basic understanding of home insulation and energy-saving products (training provided).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical information and close sales effectively.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet sales targets.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license, company vehicle provided.
