Store Manager Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day operations
Dealing with guests and customers
Leading and training staff members
Writing schedules
Helping conduct inventories
Helping maintain a positive work culture

Store Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year in a Store Management role
Hands-on Mentality
Great Computer Skills
Some financial acumen
Excellent communication skills
