We are looking for a Team Leader/Asst Manager to help run a local and established ice cream retail business. We are seeking a creative, responsible, detail oriented and motivated individual to join our team. TO QUALIFY * Culinary experience or training (1 year). A focus on baking a plus! * Retail or customer service is required (1 year min) * Serv Safe Manager Certificate, a plus, but not required. * Basic math and computer skills * Familiarity with social media platforms * Ability to lift 20 lbs * A natural problem solver who is able to be flexible and adapt in any situation, while maintaining a positive attitude * Open availability - willing to work days/ nights/ weekends (as needed to help support catering and events). RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of the ice cream and candy shop, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.
Make creative ice creams using commerical ice cream manufacturing equipment.
Supervise staff in food preparation, service techniques, and safety protocols.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Utilize POS systems for cash handling and sales reporting, ensuring accurate transactions.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
OUR OFFER *Competitive pay - $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. *Benefits:
