Your Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Make sure The market is stocked and looking good
Enhance guest satisfaction while addressing feedback with care and professionalism
Maintain uncompromising standards for food quality and presentation
Lead, train, and inspire Front of House staff to deliver excellence
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing high-volume, quality-focused restaurants or cafés
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
