Duties:
Under the supervision and direction of the Lead Human Resources Director:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR budgeting activities
Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics
- Proficiency in using HR software systems such as Oracle, Ceridian, Paylocity, Paychex, or SAP
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
