Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function at Denik. This is a great role for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on work. As the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to refine HR policies, oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and contribute to the company culture. This role can be part-time or full-time, based on the right candidate's experience and availability (20-40 hours per week). Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Policy Development: Evaluate, refine, and implement HR policies and practices that align with the company's goals and values.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR matters, including conflict resolution, feedback, and career development.
Performance Management: Create and oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and employee recognition programs.
Compliance: Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, as well as company policies.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health plans, paid time off, and other perks, and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
Employee Engagement and Culture: Lead initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, aligned with our mission and values.
HR Systems and Data Management: Set up and manage HR systems to organize employee records, track HR metrics, and provide reporting to leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated skills in policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with HR software and tools; experience implementing HR systems is a plus.
Adaptability: Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on HR tasks in a growing, dynamic environment.
