```Duties```
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with employee evaluations and providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and facilitating resolution.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
-Market the facitliy as well as open positions ```Skills``` -A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
-Knoweledgable of the laws, regualtions, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in post-acute care settings is prefered
- Familiarity with succession planning processes and strategies.
- Experience in conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to support HR decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
