Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team and support a variety of essential functions. This key role will contribute to the seamless operation of HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll support. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and policies.
Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Support payroll processing by gathering necessary documentation, verifying information, and ensuring accuracy.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with any changes.
Assist with talent acquisition efforts, helping to attract and engage top candidates for various positions.
Provide administrative support for a variety of HR initiatives and projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to implement human capital management strategies.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
Generate and analyze reports from HR systems such as Ceridian, Ulti Pro, or SAP to support HR decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
Solid knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
Familiarity with payroll procedures and systems.
Strong understanding of human capital management best practices and trends.
Proficient in HRIS software, with experience in Ceridian or Ulti Pro being a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
