Job Summary:
The human resource specialist will provide support for acquisitions, ADP administration including payroll, and recruiting, onboarding, employee relations both in the field and at American Restoration’s home office in Irving, TX.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS (ADP) to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
- Assists with new-hire orientations.
- Performs quality checks of data entered in ADP.
- Must have ADP Workforce Now experience. (ADP Workforce Now Payroll processing is required)
- Must have recruiting experience (field and corporate).
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records.
- Prepare for all acquisitions by setting up our processes in ADP to enroll new hires.
- Assists with the open enrollment process.
- Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting for exempt and non-exempt candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
Required:- Associate’s degree in HR or related field.
- Three years’ experience in HR and ADP Workforce Now.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Experience working in an office environment.
