Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care.
Responsibilities
Pay: $14.50 - $15.88 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week

The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Help with meal preparation & light housework.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health changes, maintaining accurate task records.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote physical health.
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and maintaining their independence.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding any changes in patient conditions or needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following proper hygiene protocols.
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred, particularly in home care or assisted living settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is preferred but not required.

- Sign on bonus after 30 days FT $300.00 (30 hours per week) PT $150.00 (20 hours per week)
- Direct Deposit/Paid Weekly
