Heart to Heart is expanding their growing team! We are looking for upbeat experienced Call Center and Data Entry Representatives. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you. Duties:
Assist with data entry and maintaining records.
Provide administrative support to office staff.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns as they arise.
Assure documents for accuracy and completeness.
Skills:
Must be fluent in conversational Spanish.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
