Job Overview
Drop-in center assistants serve as healthy adult role models to LGBTQ youth, providing emotional, educational, and problem-solving support. They will assist in the functioning of the drop-in center and maintain youth confidentiality and safety during their shift.

Ability to work both independently and on a team
20 years of age and older
Previous work with adolescents desired but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 -5 per week

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in event planning for center activities.
- Perform office management tasks including filing, typing, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with other program staff
- Interact with and support center youth
- Conduct new youth orientations
- Interact with youth and direct them to services needed
