Opening: General Office Clerk
Location: Anchorage
Pay: $20 - $25 DOE

Opti Staffing is partnering with a reputable property management company in Anchorage. Known for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable General Office Clerk to assist with day-to-day operations. If you’re organized and thrive in a supportive office environment, this role is perfect for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
Maintain and organize office records, both physical and digital.
Provide support to the property management team in handling tenant requests and property maintenance logs.
Help with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as needed.
Other clerical duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous office experience, particularly in property management or a related field, is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
