Food Service Supervisor
Supervise processes and staff in the area of resident dining rooms and kitchen while ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed. These areas include preparation and portioning of foods, sanitation, and compliance of State and Federal regulations.
Food Service Supervisor Job Duties:
Knowledge of food prep, proper knife handling, temperature control and sanitation.
Understand all therapeutic and mechanically altered diets and determine appropriate substitutions.
Food Service Supervisor Requirements:
1 year of hospital or nursing home experience required
Tuesday to Saturday 11AM-7PM fixed schedule
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
