Finishing Department
Alabama Stone is a custom stone fabrication shop located in Russellville, AL. We manufacture various types of Limestone panels, profiled shapes, stacked stone, etc for commercial buildings, and high-end residential homes. We are looking to fill an opening in our stone finishing dept. Employees in the finishing dept use various tools to sand, drill, cut, and shape stone, per the required specifications.
We offer competitive starting pay, medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k with company match.
Day shift only. Mon-Thurs 6 am till 4:30 pm. Possibility for overtime.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Ability to work with various hand tools within tight tolerances.
- Competent in working jib crane and overhead crane to move stone and pallets safely.
- Competent in doing maintenance to maintain equipment
- Ability to read job tickets of piece specifications, work items to complete and to double check with patterns provided.
- Quality conscious – double check work to ensure we provide the highest quality product
- Excellent attendance required and must be willing to work well as a team to meet tight timelines
- Safety conscious and willing to follow safety guidelines
- Team Player, organized, and must be able to read a tape measure.
- Shift flexibility when needed. Potential overtime hours available depending on work volume.
- Full time hours, 40 hours per week, 10 hour shift
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
