Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, with 3 years of work experience.
- Preferred: College courses in communications, psychology, or related fields.
- None required.
- Resolves issues and provides referral information for guests.
- Gives directions to visitors.
- Explains Medical Center policies and procedures.
- Uses the computer system to access information.
- Performs other related duties as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving, organization, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Medical Center layout and services.
- Clean, comfortable, and well-lit environment.
- Standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and seeing frequently.
- May lift or carry up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
