What to Expect
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Reliability Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment and systems through thorough testing, analysis, and maintenance.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability as well as identifying parts replacement, parts ordering, and suitable subs
- Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance reliability
- Assist in the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance strategies
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and optimize maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and reliability metrics
- Participate in training and development initiatives to promote a culture of reliability and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a similar technical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to equipment reliability and maintenance

Expected Compensation
- Facilities Operations Support III - $35.30 - $41.03/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
