What You'll Do
- Track, manage, and report all maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Perform regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to maintain safety, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance
- Handle minor repairs and coordinate larger tasks with vendors as necessary
- Develop and enforce policies for facilities management, including inventory control, safety regulations, and vendor management

- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role within a large organization
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and facility management best practices
