Fabrication Tech - Flex Shift
Fabrication Technician
We are looking for great teammates in a fabrication role at our Kiel facility. No experience necessary!
Starting Pay
Hourly pay starts at $19.10 per an hour. A $4.15 per hour shift premium for hours worked Monday - Thursday between the hours of 4:00PM-4:00AM.
Responsibilities
As a Fabrication Technician you will be trained on one of the following primary skills: ·
Shift:
Flex Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00PM – 2:00AM - This shift includes the shift premium.
Requirements
No experience in manufacturing is necessary. New employees participate a robust training program designed to get you the skills they need to be successful. Basic training starts with machine set-up, blueprint reading, safety, and more. From there, you will start training on your first competency skill in press brake operation, welding, punch press or laser machine operation. We strive to find a skill specialization for our new employees where they feel comfortable and that plays to their strengths.

- Forming
- Welding
- Laser Operator

Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
- Must be 18 or older
- Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance- eligible 1st of the month after just 30 days of employment
- Paid holidays - eligible day 1
- Paid time off - eligible after 90 days
- Clean, air-conditioned production facility
