Fabrication Technician
We are looking for great teammates in a fabrication role at our Kiel facility. No experience necessary!
Starting Pay Hourly pay starts at $19.10 per an hour. A $4.15 per hour shift premium for hours worked Monday - Thursday between the hours of 4:00PM-4:00AM. Responsibilities As a Fabrication Technician you will be trained on one of the following primary skills: ·
Press Brake
Forming
Welding
Laser Operator
You may also train and perform additional tasks like autoserting, forklift operation, or flexing to our paint & assembly area as needed. After training and gaining experience in one of these areas, you can expect opportunities to train in other competencies, earning more pay as you learn and grow! Shift: Flex Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00PM – 2:00AM - This shift includes the shift premium. Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent
Must be 18 or older

What is the training like?
No experience in manufacturing is necessary. New employees participate a robust training program designed to get you the skills they need to be successful. Basic training starts with machine set-up, blueprint reading, safety, and more. From there, you will start training on your first competency skill in press brake operation, welding, punch press or laser machine operation. We strive to find a skill specialization for our new employees where they feel comfortable and that plays to their strengths.
