Experienced Spanish Speaking Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Frank Kent Country, a leading automotive dealership located in Corsicana, Texas, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Spanish speaking Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, salary position in the auto industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting vehicles, and driving sales while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand and communicate product information and features to customers
Assist customers in selecting the best vehicle for their needs and budget
Conduct test drives and upsell vehicle features
Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to generate referrals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the dealership

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
