Equipment Supervisor

As the Senior Equipment Lead, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of complex equipment in a multi-faceted manufacturing environment. You will be a key technical, maintenance program leader for optical fabrication, providing daily updates for equipment statuses, maintenance performance, and open tasks, and continuous improvement. You will engage in the adoption and industrialization of new products and new processes through collaboration and partnership with Operations and Engineering. You are an effective team player who prioritizes the success of the team just as much as personal success.
Pay: $38.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Serve as the main point of contact for escalations, and delegate necessary tasks to the team.
- Create, maintain, and monitoring work schedules with clearly defined priorities.
- Conduct large team meetings and provide daily reports to the Production Support Group Leader.
- Develop preventative maintenance methods to maintain and verify the health of equipment.
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and statuses.
- Collaborate with Management, Engineering, and Technicians, to establish and complete priority activities and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain safety stock, organized in a 5S LEAN way, with accurate availability.
Pay: $38.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
