Entry Level Lens Inspector Tech

Hardin Optical is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Lens Inspector Technicians. No prior experience is required – we are willing to train the right person!

Qualifications:

Good analytical skills for data analysis
Desire to learn various visual inspection processes including microscope work, and Pad and Dry.
Interest in learning about quality management systems
Detail-oriented approach to work, with excellent organization and prioritization abilities.
A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Training Opportunity: We offer a comprehensive training program for all new hires.
What You’ll Learn to Do:

Perform various inspection processes including Pad & Dry, Push Thru and Final SQ Inspection (daily use of microscope) of finished optical components.
Measure surface form and mechanical attributes of finished optical components.
Ensure all required inspection data and reports are accurate complete and accurate
Adequately package and label products for shipping and storage in finished goods inventory.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Starting pay: $16/17 per hour.
