Job Summary
The
Enterprise & Edge Solutions, Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager
will be responsible for collaborating with product management teams across various product lines to develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market needs, the ability to craft tailored solutions, and the capacity to work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, market analysis, and sales strategy.
Responsibilities :
Market Analysis and Insights:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and gaps for new and existing products.
Provide actionable insights to product management and sales teams.
Solution Development:
Collaborate with product management to design and develop solutions that address specific market needs.
Ensure solutions are aligned with overall business objectives and product capabilities.
Develop detailed solution specifications, including features, benefits, and value propositions.
Go-To-Market Strategy:
Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing solutions.
Define target markets, customer segments, and key messaging.
Create and manage timelines for solution launches and promotional activities.
Sales Enablement:
Work closely with sales teams to provide training and support on new solutions.
Develop sales tools and materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
Assist in creating sales strategies and tactics to effectively position and sell solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with marketing, product management, and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to drive solution success.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor the performance of solutions in the market and gather feedback from customers and sales teams.
Analyze sales data and market metrics to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies.
Provide regular reports to senior management on solution performance and market trends.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, market analysis, or sales strategy.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
