Now due to recent growth opportunities, we are now looking to expand our enrollment team! We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our Enrollment Assistant position. This will be an entry level position, as we do teach and train from the ground up. What Does an Enrollment Assistant Do?
Work directly with eligible customers answering questions, providing specific product and service information, completing sales presentations, and processing enrollment signups
Train one-on-one with Enrollment Assistants and Client Sales Managers to fully comprehend our customer service and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process
Build long-lasting relationships with customers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow all privacy requirements
Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers
What Do We Look for in an Enrollment Assistant?
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or another related field is preferred, but not required
1-3 years of experience in a customer or client-facing position that involves customer service, customer service, or sales in some capacity
Must be genuinely excited to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Patient demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and effective follow-through
An individual who is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, grow in a new opportunity and is driven to succeed
