Clutch is looking for an Engagement Manager, Power BI on behalf of our client.

About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Engagement Manager to lead our Power BI initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Power BI solutions to help our clients make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI Development: Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Power BI developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Global Delivery: Work with cross-functional teams across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
• Consulting: Transition into a consulting role, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization techniques.
• Project Management: Experience managing complex projects and delivering on time and within budget.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, and propose innovative solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working at a consultancy and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
