Qualifications/Experience:
Preferred experience with wellness initiatives in large company/school settings.
High School Diploma/GED
Successful background check
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Willingness to help others feel their best mentally and physically. Knowledge of best practices for employee well-being. Self-starter who is positive and detail oriented.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
Printing and distributing Wellness newsletter. Lead Wellness Committee. Plan and manage Wellness challenges/activities. Support Wellbeing initiatives. Distribute and analyze Wellness survey. Partner with Community Education for class offerings. Coordinate Wellness events. Collaborate with local community partners for Wellness events.

hours vary per week
