Dept Human Resources Rep
Position Summary
Manages and executes human resource actions within the department of Community Health. This position will be part of the Finance and Administration Shared Services, but housed in Office of Community Health. Reporting directly to the HR Office for Finance and Administration Shared Services and serving as the principle point of HR transactions with personnel in the Office of Community Health while working closely with the HR Office of FASS and Vice Chancellor for Community Health.
This position will have a HR focus providing specialist administrative services as appropriate in such areas as UNMJobs and other HR related work; fiscal management; public/community relations: staff, or student affairs; general business administration; and/or development and relations, depending upon the functional area supported. Minimum Qualifications
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

- HR related experience at a University
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a confidential manner

Monthly: $3,697.20 - $5,191.33
