What You’ll Do

Engage and Inspire: Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and creativity.
Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and organized environment while supervising play, learning, and transitions.
Support Daily Routines: Help with feeding, hygiene, and activity transitions to keep kids on track.
Communicate With Families: Share updates on each child’s progress and daily activities to build trust and connection.
Collaborate With Your Team: Work closely with coworkers to create a positive, inclusive space for children and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For

Empathy and Patience: You understand that every child is unique and approach each one with care and compassion.
Creative Energy: You’re enthusiastic about designing fun, engaging activities for children to enjoy and learn from.
Organized and Reliable: You thrive in a busy daycare setting, managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
Strong Communication Skills: You excel at connecting with children, families, and coworkers.
CPR and First Aid Certification: Preferred, but we’re happy to help you get certified if needed!

What You’ll Need to Apply

Prior experience in daycare or childcare is highly valued.
Reliable transportation to locations in Downtown St. Louis, Creve Coeur, and O'Fallon.
Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
