Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing: Order and maintain an exceptional selection of dairy and frozen products, focusing on organic and natural brands.
Pricing & Inventory: Manage pricing strategies and ensure inventory levels meet customer demand.
Stocking & Merchandising: Oversee stocking and presentation of dairy and frozen sections for an attractive and organized display.
Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, freshness, and accuracy, working closely with suppliers to maintain Foodworks’ high standards.
Customer Interaction: Share your knowledge of dairy and frozen products with our customers and staff. Engage with an upbeat and friendly attitude.

Qualifications:

Natural Foods Knowledge: Familiarity with natural and organic dairy and frozen products is essential.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, from ordering to stocking, with great attention to detail.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable lifting and moving products in cold environments.
Team Player: Collaborate with the Foodworks team to ensure seamless operations and uphold our values.
Scheduling: Flexibility for opening (7 AM) and closing (6 PM) shifts as needed.

Minimum experience:
-1 year customer service
-A desire to know more about healthy food and lifestyles
-Highschool diploma
Preferred Experience:
-Food service or customer service experience: 1 year
-Associate degree or higher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
