Produce Clerk FT/PT

Key Responsibilities:

Stocking & Merchandising: Maintain a beautiful and fresh produce display, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Quality Control: Monitor produce for freshness, removing items that don’t meet our high standards.
Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, recommendations, and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. Engaging with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
Receiving & Handling: Unload and organize produce deliveries, which includes lifting and moving heavy boxes.
Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the produce area clean, tidy, and safe for customers an

Qualifications:

Passion for Fresh Produce: Knowledge of or interest in organic and local produce is a plus.
Physical Ability: Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, and working on your feet.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage stock rotation and maintain high quality standards.
Team-Oriented: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Be able to clearly communicate all plans for stocking and merchandising to the buyer.
Scheduling: Flexibility for opening (7 AM) and closing (6 PM) shifts as needed
