Shift Leaders are expected to be able to assist with all customer service operations.

Qualified candidates will be able to perform these essential functions:
Having excellent and positive customer service skills including strong verbal communication skills, exuding good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness. This enables them to communicate clearly, quickly, and politely with customers and co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers. Be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time as well as being able to lift-up to 25 pounds.
Seeking out opportunities to go above and beyond, while being able to move and respond quickly to various requests and commands, read order monitors, and perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or other leaders. Greeting, initiating, and completing customer transactions quickly and accurately.
Maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout shift.
Assembling and delivering orders to customers quickly and efficiently.
Keeping work areas clean and sanitary throughout shift.
Preparing products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines when needed.
Operating and maintaining food/drink/treat related equipment and registers properly and safely.
Completing assigned prep work for stocking and set up of work area.
Stocking and executing proper rotation of products.
Assisting with end of day cleaning.
Working as a leader to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value to each customer.
Washing counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining/service areas to proper receptacle, sweep, mop, stock, and other cleaning tasks.
Informing immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Leading the shift as the most professional and responsible person on shift.
Willingness to do any task you ask others to do.
