What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage team members to develop and refine messaging to theatres regarding upcoming projects
- Research and respond to theatre inquiries related to Food & Beverage initiatives
- Providing administrative support to the Food & Beverage department
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage partners in Marketing, Purchasing, IT and elsewhere to assemble communications on Food & Beverage initiatives
- Work with the Product Strategy Team to help bring exciting new products and programs to life
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures that will help deliver industry leading products
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of theatre management experience, theatre support experience, or related experience
- Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word
- Excellent knowledge of theatre or restaurant operations
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to listen and incorporate feedback
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and shifting priorities
- Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in an ever-changing landscape
- Commitment to servant leadership and teamwork to achieve common goals
What we also value (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous restaurant or foodservice experience
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for the Food & Beverage industry
- Experience with Food Cost, Labor, and Profit & Loss Management
- Presentation skills to present strategic initiatives to senior management
- Negotiation skills with the ability to engage in healthy discussions and debates
- Ability to build and maintain industry-centric professional relationships
- An open mind, and a willingness to try new things
