Doughnuts are provided every Monday for the weekly meeting with free lunch Friday for all employees all summer. KIT offers competitive starting wages of $21-$23 or higher DOE, $1,000 tax free sign on bonus after 90 days of employment, $1,000 tax free referral bonus; referral must be employed at least 91 days. Primary Duties: Workers complete various construction tasks to build manufactured homes using construction equipment and tools. Available openings vary and departments hiring may include framing, welding, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry/molding, sheet rock, drywall finishing, and roofing.
Requirements: Must be able to lift & carry up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time. Work is fast-paced and requires use of either manual or air tools.
