Company Benefits Manager
Compensation: Starting pay of $66,000-83,000/yr + bonuses
Location: Minneapolis, KS
Critical Role in a Culture-Driven Organization- No direct experience needed if strong administrator/accountant.
Huyett is a family-owned industrial distributor with operations in multiple states and an in-field sales team. We seek a strong and creative administrator for a comprehensive company benefits program encompassing state-of-the-art designs that optimize employee value and minimize costs. The individual reports to the Human Resources Manager and is part of a six-person multi-state team. Benefits management includes a self-managed health plan encompassing HSA/HRA and FSA aspects; a comprehensive 401k retirement savings program; and a full menu of other relevant benefits. Ideal Qualifications:

Direct benefits management experience is not required, though it is helpful and desirable.
Strong interest in personal learning and self-discovery.
Disciplined orientation to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Educational and professional experience backgrounds in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or other related fields preferable.
Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfort working with computer systems.
Experience in working in Paycom HRIS very helpful.
