POSITION SUMMARY
The Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) Human Resources Office is seeking to hire a Human Resources Representative to perform and conduct all aspects of the Posting, Hiring, Interview, and Selection process for CMS which includes but is not limited to the following: posting, bidding, job notifications, hiring, reference checks, union positions, Upward Mobility, Recall Lists, and conducting background research prior to interviews.
