Client Service Specialist - Full Time and Part Time Positions Available!

We’re on the lookout for Client Service Specialists to join our team in Coeur d'Alene—and we have both full-time and part-time opportunities available! Whether you're interested in a standard 9-to-5 or need more flexibility, we’ve got the perfect shift for you.
Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available:
  • Location: Coeur d'Alene Office
  • Full-Time: 30 - 40 hours per week OR Part-Time: 20 hours per week
  • Call Center Experience? Not required, but definitely a plus!

Compensation: $20/hour plus annual bonuses

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of client care.
Position Summary: As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our Client Services team, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for both our professional team and our clients. You'll handle a variety of tasks including inbound sales calls, online chats, document processing, and more—all while working independently and efficiently. If you’re passionate about delivering top-notch service and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Building rapport with clients and directing calls professionally.
  • Handling sales inquiries through various channels.
  • Providing personalized client attention and assigning cases.
  • Coordinating client intake documents accurately.
  • Contacting sales leads and seeing appointments for sales consultants.
  • Developing expertise in company products and providing phone support.
  • Welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent customer service experience. Call center experience preferred!
  • Education: AA or higher degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • Skills: Accurate typing at 50+ wpm, advanced MS Office skills, and experience with office machinery.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a positive, "Can Do!" attitude. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, including core business hours, with flexibility for extended hours during peak periods.
