Position Summary: As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our Client Services team, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for both our professional team and our clients. You'll handle a variety of tasks including inbound sales calls, online chats, document processing, and more—all while working independently and efficiently. Building rapport with clients and directing calls professionally.
Handling sales inquiries through various channels.
Providing personalized client attention and assigning cases.
Coordinating client intake documents accurately.
Contacting sales leads and seeing appointments for sales consultants.
Developing expertise in company products and providing phone support.
Welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent customer service experience. Call center experience preferred!
Education: AA or higher degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
Skills: Accurate typing at 50+ wpm, advanced MS Office skills, and experience with office machinery.
Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a positive, "Can Do!" attitude. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently.
Availability: Full-time availability, including core business hours, with flexibility for extended hours during peak periods.
